Restaurante La Casona Go up the hill from the villa, take the first left, the restaurant is at the end of Calle Perez Galdos, by the roundabout A good local Canarian restaurant with friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They have steaks and fish dishes and a big choice of Pizzas, just 4 minutes walk from the villa.
La Ermita  Avenida Central 57 (on the corner of the Plaza next to the Chinese) Very good Tapas, atmosphere and very reasonable prices

Avenida Juan Carlos, on the right just before the petrol station as you drive into Puerto del Carmen Chef is Fionan O’Sullivan – very good international cuisine 


  • The Old Town of Puerto del Carmen has a number of good restaurants, you can get a cab down from the taxi rank in Tias opposite the supermarket. If driving you can park on the Quay in theOldTown.
  • Puerto Calero marina has a variety of restaurants; you can eat al fresco beside the marina.
  • El Golfo, Playa Quemada and Arrieta have great fish restaurants, right by the sea, ideal for lunch.
  • Teguise – in the centre of the Island is famous for it’s huge Sunday market and has a number of great tapas bars and restaurants, have a walk around and discover your own favourite.
